HCM City: New Year’s fireworks set off in two venues

Ho Chi Minh City authorities have recently unveiled two venues for New Year’s Eve fireworks.

Locals are expected to enjoy a high-range display at the entrance of a tunnel spanning the Sai Gon River and a low-range one at Dam Sen cultural park.

As schedule, the sky will be lit up opening the first day of 2016 within 15 minutes starting from the stroke of midnight.

Both displays will be broadcast live on the Ho Chi Minh Television channel.
