F&B outlets of the Caravelle Saigon are preparing new programs during this month.
Saigon Rooftop Bar might give diners’ tastebuds a lift with ‘Surf or Turf’ burgers, featuring a spicy crab and shrimp patty topped with lobster tail, pickled cucumber, and wakame seaweed or a juicy Wagyu with grilled onions, capsicum chili jam and cheddar cheese.
Nineteen Restaurant will put on an exquisite International Women’s Day dinner on March 8.
From March 17-27, the restaurant will hold a showcase of authentic curry from seven countries, including Thai roast duck green curry, Sri Lankan crab curry and Burmese seabass curry. Each evening, there will be a rotating selection of seven Asian curries, plus spot-on sides, such as poppadoms, yoghurt, mango chutney and more.
This March, Café de l’Opera invites guests to sit back and sample newly updated afternoon teas.
