Trinh Nu Waterfall – the fall blends spring water and rocks
Update: May 10, 2009
While perhaps not as imposing and impressive as other waterfalls on the Serepok River in the Central Highlands, such as Gia Long, D’raysap and Draynur warterfalls, Trinh Nu (Virgin) Waterfall in Cu Jut District, Dak Nong Province, is peaceful and enticing.

Trinh Nu Waterfall is waiting to be discovered by tourists. Located 25 kilometers southwest of Buon Ma Thuot City of Dak Lak Province, the waterfall suddenly appears after a trek along a crooked road and up stone staircase. In an environment of unspoiled natural beauty, the waterfall inspires a feeling of calm and well-being. Ethnic styled stilt houses near the waterfall provide a rest area for day visitors and accommodation for those who desire to enjoy the waterfall and the forest overnight.

According to local legend, the name of the waterfall is derived from a folk story about a young beautiful girl who threw herself into the waterfall to express her faithful love.
