Update: Sep 09, 2014
Vietnamese Tourism Ambassador to Europe Bobby Chinn has introduced foreign tourists to Singapore and local islanders to genuine Vietnamese dishes from September 6-9. At Movenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa, Bobby invited visitors to sample such dishes as lotus root salad, pomelo salad with crabs, mushrooms steamed crepe paper polls, crepe paper rolls with crispy aromatic duck, and various fish dishes.

He said all the ingredients are made in or originate from Viet Nam. He specially singled out Vietnamese fish sauce and tuna for their delicious and refreshing tastes.

Bobby Chinn, appointed the Vietnamese Tourism Ambassador to Europe from July 2014 to July 2017, said he has participated in a number of food festivals in Thailand and Indonesia to popularize Vietnamese dishes to local and foreign travellers.

After Singapore, Bobby will continue his mission in European countries.
