Exhibition on Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos opens in Cao Bang
Update: Dec 16, 2014
Nearly 100 maps and a number of publications and documents about Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos are on display at an exhibition which opened in the northern mountainous province of Cao Bang on December 14th.

These maps, publications and documents written by Vietnamese and foreign historians and researchers provided historical and legal evidences which proved Viet Nam’s sovereignty over the two archipelagos. They asserted that the Vietnamese states have explored, exploited and exercised sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa and others waters since the 17th century in an uninterrupted and peaceful manner.

The exhibition is to deepen the understanding of historical truth and confirm the national sovereignty over the two archipelagos. It will run until December 19th.
