The ratings are based on the readers’ assessments of friendly behaviour of the hotel staff towards their family members, as well as their feedback about the hotels' services, and the quality of the hotels’ shopping, and their spa and wedding services.
The voters are those who have rich travel experiences with 12 annual air trips on average and an average household annual income of over 156,000 USD.
