Exhibitions on Cham pottery open in Khanh Hoa

Exhibitions of the pottery of the Cham community opened in Nha Trang City, the central province of Khanh Hoa on June 4.

At Ponagar Tower, sculptor Doan Xuan Hung introduces 100 works depicting the daily lives of people in the Cham community.

The exhibition mainly displays images of loving, candid moments between women and their children.

Moreover, in Nha Trang Beach, artisan Nhat Chi Lan from Binh Thuan Province shows off pottery made in the well-known village of Bac Binh.

In particular, two lamps, which set records in Vietnam for their height and width, are on display at the exhibition. Each of the lamps is 2.3m tall and 0.5m wide with impressionistic human faces at the base.
