Socio-economic exhibition for Thang Long-Hanoi

The largest ever exhibition on Vietnam will open at the Giang Vo Fair and Exhibition Centre in Hanoi from October 1-6 as part of the celebrations for Vietnam’s national 65th anniversary and the millennial anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi.

The exhibition will cover an area of 15,000m2, aiming to promote Vietnam’s image in the process of renovation (Doi Moi), development and integration, and introduce accomplishments in industry, trade, investment, diplomacy, defence, agriculture, culture and other areas.

About 43 ministries, sectors, provinces and cities are expected to participate in the event.

The enterprise sector of the exhibition will comprise the state economy, the private economy, and the foreign economy with about 200 pavilions displaying many kinds of high-quality goods and services.

In addition, there will be art shows, conferences, and investment promotion activities on the sidelines of the exhibition.
