(TITC) - On October 21, 2013, in Lai Chau Province, Lao Cai and Lai Chau's Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism co-organized Conference on forming interprovincial tourist routes between Lai Chau and Lao Cai provinces with the attendance of travel agencies. The conference was preceded by a week long field trip.
