A ceremony was held at Ba Pagoda in An Hoa Village, Phuoc Quang Commune, Tuy Phuoc District in the south central province of Binh Dinh on February 19 to recognise the Ba Pagoda Festival – Nuoc Man Commercial Port as a national intangible cultural heritage.
