The central coastal province of Khanh Hoa greeted 270,000 tourists in November 2013, bringing its tourism arrivals so far this year to more than 2.7 million, a year-on-year rise of 29 percent, and 91 percent of the year’s plan, according to the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
